About Startup Showcase

We are inviting startups to apply for a spot in the dedicated showcasing area at the heart of the TechBBQ 2026 Summit!
Selected early-stage startups have the opportunity to present their products in their own booth to an audience of 10,000+ attendees.

What was included?
For €1,000 (ex. VAT) attendance fee, selected startups received:

  • A branded 2x3m booth with a high table, two chairs, and a power outlet

  • 3 full-access tickets to TechBBQ 2026

  • A branding wall, custom marketing kit, and logo placement on our website

Who could apply?
We were looking for early-stage startups that were:

  • Based in Europe

  • Ready to showcase a product

FAQ

Yes! Selected startups will receive a ‘’showcasing guidelines’’ document with information regarding the setup process, what is included and what else can they bring.

 

It’s free to apply! If selected, though, there’s a €1000 fee. This price includes three startup tickets, a 2x3m booth, a high table, two chairs, a power outlet, a branding wall in your booth, a marketing kit, and branding on the TechBBQ website.
