The Nordic India Startup Summit On September 9, 2024, this 1-day event will bridge the Nordic and Indian startup ecosystems. Attendees can network with founders from both regions, explore the latest trends in startups and investments through panel discussions, watch pitches from Indian-origin startups, and gain insights from successful leaders sharing their success stories in both realms.

The Nordic India Startup Summit takes place from 09:00 to 17:00

While you are welcome to visit the event any time between 9 AM and 7 PM, please note that arriving later than 9 AM might mean missing out on some key sessions and networking opportunities.

No, the ticket for the NISS event can be used only for the NISS event on 9th September at Matrikel1.

At the venue

Public transport – Plan your trip with public transport at www.Rejseplanen.dk From Gammel Strand Station, it’s about a 1-minute walk across the street to the venue.


Cycling – Arrive and use the bicycle stands near the station.


Car parking – Public parking spaces will be available nearby. You can also use the Easypark app to find a nearby parking space.

Tickets for the event

All tickets for the NISS can be purchased on a platform called TicketButler. Buy your tickets here.

We have recently moved ticketing platforms. If you have signed up for the Nordic India Startup Summit, your information will be received and stored in our ticketing platform. No physical ticket is required; registration will be done by your name and phone number.

Once a ticket is purchased, you can view your registration information on TicketButler by signing up and logging with the email you provided to purchase a ticket. You can also make changes to your personal information registered under your purchase. Or send us an email at NISS@techbbq.org ! We can help you with information changes!

In case this is the situation, please write to us at NISS@techbbq.org. We can not assure you a refund, but we will do our best to accommodate.

Yes, one ticket is valid for only one person. You can transfer the ticket to another person, but by doing so, you, yourself, will no longer be a ticket holder. If you would like to transfer your ticket, use TicketButler to update the personal details.

The VAT added to each order works in compliance with the laws of the country in which the event takes place. A ticket to NISS will be subject to Danish VAT. The standard VAT rate is 25% in Denmark.

No, NISS will not sell tickets at the event venue. Tickets for the summit have to be purchased before the start of the summit.

If you coming from another country

Please submit your VISA application as soon as you can. Please find detailed information about the visa application procedure here.The Embassy’s processing time in visa cases is currently up to 15 days. Also please note that business applications are prioritized. Please make sure you secure a time slot at VFS Global to submit your application as soon as possible.
