Talent applications can be submitted by Danes, internationals living in Denmark, internationals looking to move to Denmark, students, recent graduates, and experienced professionals. The roles needed and identified by startups and scaleups will influence the roles communicated to talents.
Applicants will be notified by email on Monday 7 September whether they have been selected to participate.
Startup/scaleup applications are welcome from Danish tech startups and scaleups who have 1-3 positions to fill.

>>10 September (14.00 – 15.15): Webinar for startups: Benefits of company branding on LinkedIn (20 minutes) + Scaling up high performance culture (40 minutes)
Startups will participate in a webinar about company branding on LinkedIn and reaching the right people (delivered by Kotryna Kurt, Co-founder at Linkedist), plus a HR focused presentation with advice on how to scale culture and talent acquisition (delivered by Steinunn Eyja Gauksdóttir, HR Manager and Recruitment Hacker).

Kotryna Kurt, CEO and Co-founder at Linkedist, will be sharing expert advice in a webinar focusing on LinkedIn training and self-branding.
As part of Tech Talent onboarding, both webinars will include a demo walkthrough (via zoom.us) of the platform that will be used for the Digital Matchmaking.

Startups and scaleups will attend scheduled 15-minute individual meetings with talent candidates.
