Niclas Roxhed is an Associate Professor in medical micro & nanosystems at KTH Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, and an affiliated researcher at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston. He is the co-founder of Capitainer AB, a blood sampling company based in Stockholm. He has worked with several start-up companies, licensing IP to the Medtech industry and Fortune 100-companies. His research expertise is in MEMS technology, MEMS-based drug delivery, and microfluidics for medical applications. He has co-authored more than 100 scientific papers and holds 30 patents.
