Mia is the Head of Acceleration at Copenhagen School of Entrepreneurship at the Copenhagen Business School. With a background in entrepreneurship, leadership and psychology, she drives the agenda of leadership and personal development as the center in startups and entrepreneurship. Mia is currently building a leadership program for startup founders in the Danish ecosystem to promote better leadership, teamwork, productivity, psychological safety, diversity, and personal development in startups.
