Janine is an Academic Researcher at Founderland gUG. She is an advocate for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, and has made it her mission to support and create initiatives dedicated to uplifting underrepresented founders. Janine has been actively working with ADAN e.v. in building a holistic entrepreneurship program targeted at BIPoC founders.
